Int. Nor. Ch. Junipers Hello World was sent to May-Britt Karstensen, in Norway in 1975. I'd like to share a very amusing story about her call name. The tag on her collar said "Rozella 1975". Well, she got a rabies vaccination prior to leaving America, and the company that made the vaccine was "Rozella". Her new Mom thought I had named her "Rozella", so consequently the name stuck. Rozella produced many beautiful puppies for May-Britt, including Nor.Ch. Silhow's Hello Love. She was awarded "Most Winning Poodle" in 1980.

Nor. Ch. Junipers Wonderful World

Nor. Ch. Junipers Wonderful World was sent to May-Britt in 1977. "Debbie" has had many pointed offspring with some alive and healthy in old age.

Am. Swe. Sf. Ch. Junipers Prayers & Promises

"Howdy", pictured above, became ill as a young pup with Parvo. In the Vet Hospital he was always greeted as "How-d-boy", and that is the story behind his nickname. After many prayers, Howdy improved and eventually regained his health again. I made a promise to myself, that one day he would become an American Champion. The name "Prayers & Promises" really suits him. Howdy was sent to May-Britt in 1986. May-Britt campaigned him and Howdy became not only a US Champion, but a Swedish & Finnish Champion as well. At the National Show in Skara, Sweden in 1990 Howdy was awarded Best Stud Dog in show with his 4 sons. Howdy is the Father of 8 Champions altogether. They are listed below:

Junipers Another World

Junipers Another World was sent to May-Britt in 1999. In 2000, Mark began campaigning in Scandinavia, and lacks only 1CC from his Championship in Norway. Mark (Junipers Another World) is shown below, and below him is a picture of May-Britt herself. I thought it only fitting to include her, as this page would not be complete without her.

Mark has made quite a name for himself in Norway. He has 2 Champion offspring: 3 needing only a major to finish title,
and 2 pups going B.O.V. from puppy classes.

Two pups that went to Norway in 2000 are Junipers Stop the World (Ally), who's owner is May-Britt, and Junipers Fleur De Bazaar (Becky), who's owner is Anne Myhrbraaten of Kennel Bazaar. I wish May-Britt and Anne much success and Love with their new 4 legged kids. Last but by no means least, is a wonderful suprise that I received from May-Britt this January, 2000, when she came to visit me. It was a combination of all the Juniper Kids in one: A beautiful Black Miniature girl. Silhow's Eliza DoLittle. This is truly my fair lady. Thank You again May-Britt Karstensen, We Love Her!! A new addition to the Silhow kennels in Norway is Juniper's The Millenium. "Timmy" is out of our Daisy and Ch. Deshlers Democrat. More of Timmy and May-Britt in the future I am sure.

This is my newest puppy from Norway, Bazaars n Junipers American Idol. She will be starting her show career in the next month or two. Stay tuned for upcoming updates on her. She's almost ready to go, and we're excited to start her career. What a beautiful girl she is.
